My problem regarding time mgt…

Hi,

Even though that I”ve done a workshop on time management but dat waz not fruitfull for me ….. the reason is that I”ve got a lot of thingz to do …… I have duties in my home … my parents needs my time…. in my office, the boss always looks towards me if he’s in trouble …….. with my couleges .. if any one has a problem he needs me to be with him ….. In my relatives [uncles / cousins] I M known as a person who should be there if any one is in trouble …. In my univeristy , any body who is facing troble in studies or projects they all look towards me for help …. and as IM a MUSLIM …. I”ve my religious duties as well … going to MASJID , performing SALAT, and meeting some RELIGIOUS SCHOLARS ….. its also important …….. and i cant left any thing out ……. but the problem is that I only have 24 hours in a day .. and I have to sleep as well 🙁 …… despite considering ROLE & GOAL PLANNING and SELECTION OF ROLES which lead to GOALS ……. I M unable to refuse any one ……. What TIME MANAGEMENT says about it ????????????
