Ascon Travels
As i said in my previous blog, we went to Dubai through Ascon travels. They had arranged a good package mainly for the DSF. The package included city tour. cruise and desert safari. We stayed in Palm Beach which was center to everything. We made many friends there. The food was also great and the service was good.
Though one problem we had that we had very less time to shop and Friday was holiday in Dubai and i feel the Tour ppl should reminded us about the holidays and about the weather being chill. Then we would have taken our warm cloths.
I have a complain with these tourist ppl that they don’t tell about the place we go, they a should tell us about the weather, food and everything. One the whole the Ascon travel gave us a trip to remember.

One decides on a place of travel only after knowing about the place. And not just based on the recommendation of the travel agency.
Moreover, information is available on the click of a button and one needs to be well prepared.

It is surprising that travel agency did not tell you about the weather, food and other things which tourist should know for making preparations for the trip. I have always thought that they give all this information. Poor management and no concern about customers” convenience is what I can say.

Yeah, it is duty of the tourist department, you know once we went to Matherain, they did not tell us, that we have to take horse and pulling cart to reach our hotels. As that day my mom had leg pain and it was dark and the ppl there were drunk so we did not proceed to Matherain.
I feel it is their responsibility to inform us about everything. I know all the information is just a click away but there was no information about the weather in Dubai, otherwise we would have taken some warm cloths. They did not even tell us about the lack of Taxi in Dubai. I know every journey is like a lesson and we should never forget to learn from them !
