Bangalored

The word bangalored might sound very wierd to you. But yes, the word BANGALORED is a new word added in the dictionary. In U.S. if some one loses job, they say “you are bangalored” which means that person’s job has been outsourced to a BPO in bangalore. This word is not invented in India but in U.S. The fear of losing jobs is very high in the U.S. & the U.K. Because of the cost factor many companies in U.S. & U.K. choose to outsource the jobs to India & mainly to Bangalore since bangalore has the highest number of BPOs in the whole world. An average salary per month for a call center agent in U.S. would be around 7000 to 8000 $ which is good enough to pay 30 to 40 agents here in India after conversion to Indian rupees. They end up saving a huge amount of money by outsourcing & hence they do this. But people in U.S. who loose jobs because of this are called BANGALORED.

I just got to know from one of my friends about this & when I searched the word Bangalored in google.com the word turned to be true & whatever above I learnt was true.

The recent plan for outsourcing is the Legal Process Outsourcing. It is true that cost factor is the main reason for outsourcing of jobs. But the time difference too plays an important role to the cause of outsourcing. Because, there is around twelve hour time difference between America and India. Therefore, it can be sorted out in advance in India.

BANGALORED IS THE BEST WORD CHOOSEN FOR KICKING OUT OF STAFFS FROM AN ORGANIZATION.
