Recent studies have proven that milk enables you to stay strong for whole life. Usually as you get old you tend to become weak & this weakness is mostly casued due to weakness in your bones & not the muscles. Bones are the ones which hold your muscles stiff & as long as these bones are strong, you are strong too. Milk has rich vitamins & proteins which can keep bones & teeth strong.
