Eat healthy stay fit

Everyone of us love to eat varieties & mostly oily & cheesy items. Cheesy & oily stuffs are surely the best in taste & it really fine to have it ocassionally, say once a week. But having it regularly will spoil your liver & digestive system with increase in excess cholesterol & fats. We must keep in mind that we have healthy food everyday & must involve raw vegetables like: carrot, cucmber, onion, greens, etc with food & fruits should be a must everyday. Fruits like: Apple, orange, bananan & papaya benefits your body & keeps you energetic & healthy for whole day.

So, do not stop having fatty fods but ensure you have it ocassionally. And if yo healthy food everyday, having junk & fatty foods once a week will not have any bad affect on your health.
