Some people says that d patato’s speel contains more nutrients than its flesh .
But is entirely correct. Hav a look on the amount of nutrients both contains n make it out which has more.

Amount of nutrients PEEL have:

Protien – 2.6 gm
Carbohydrates 17
Fibre – 3.2 gm
Vitamin c – 9 mg
vitamin B – .7 gm
Iron – 3.8 mg
Calcoum – 27 mg
Phosporous – 48 mg

Amount of nutrients PEEL have:

Calories – 156
Protien – 1.8 gm
Carbohydrates 36
Fibre – 1.9 gm
Vitamin c – 24 mg
vitamin B – 1.9 gm
Iron – .6 mg
Calcoum – 8 mg
Phosporous -172 mg

    Many people who knows this does not remove the peel while preparing the vegetable of patato.
    Some crushes the boiled patato’s peel in mixture n eat raw adding some chat masala.

    The virtue lies in the struggle, not the prize.
