Aspirin helps to control Asthma
Hi friends, I would like to share this important info with you all. A recent study which was published in Paris says that “Every other day a bit of aspirin will help women to keep Asthma at the bay”. This study of research was published in the British journal Thorax.
Similar study was made on men previously, which has shown the same result as that on women. This is the first time that a medical research has demonstrated that Aspirin can control the raise of Asthma in the body of a woman.
A massive survey was conducted on 40,000 female American healthcare professionals, whose age is around 45 & older. The typical form of Aspirin is a 325 mg. This form of Aspirin has reduced the Asthma effect on the surveyed women. These results were found to be true on all irrespective of menopausal status, exercise level & smoking. But this Aspirin has no such effect on the clinically obese women.
This survey is not conducted on the women less than 45 years of the age. This research did not work on the obese woman, so Asthma rules on obese women. The researchers are yet to find a way to reduce the Asthma effect on some sections of women, not all are free from Asthma attacks.
I have seen many Asthma friends of mine who struggle for breath. I get disturbed by seeing the pain faced by them. When the climate is cold or the pollution levels are very high then it is horrible experience for them. This is very important discovery as per me because it is a slow but sure way of reducing the Asthma effect.
smile please…. 🙂
Madhu

Pollution should be in control do reduce the more no of people getting affected by this disease.
Prevention is better than cure.
The virtue lies in the struggle, not the prize.

wow what a discovery but asthma cannot be cured and can only be prevented for a while with some medicines. Yoga is best solution for this disease..
Till day we was using for Blood pressure and now we will use this drug for Astma also.
Hello,
There are some who are sensitive to Aspirin and may induce asthma in them. This is called Aspirin Induced asthma. It is also believed that about 20% of the asthma patients are intolerant to aspirin, which causes this Aspirin Induced Asthama, which is a sybtype of Asthma.
Aspirin at best could be only a preventive medication and not as asthma reduction drug for proven asthma patients.
