Cashewnut Kebab

INGREDIENTS :

CASHEW NUTS : 4 TABLE SPOONS
PANEER : 100 GMS.
ADARAK (GINGER) : A SMALL PIECE
PUDINA LEAVES (GRATED) : 1 TEA SPOON
GRAM FLOUR (BESAN) : 100 GMS.
SWEET POTATO : (BOIL AND SMASH) 300 GMS.
SALT : FOR TASTE
BLACK PEPPER POWDER : 1 TABLE SPOON
LEMON WATER : 1 SPOON
KEBAB STICKS

METHOD :
Take a thick bottomed pan and fry the cashew nuts till golden brown colour & place them aside.Then fry besan (flour) until it acquires a sweet smell. (keep on mixing during fry otherwise it may turn black or smells bad.)Now to sweet potatato paste add paneer,adarak (ginger), pudina grate, cashew nuts,salt and mix it thoroughly and heat the mix in the oven for 10 minutes.Later add gram flour to the mix and prepare the dough. Then divide the dough into equal halves and roll them straight ( app. 6 inches diameter). Insert one kebab stick per roll and again heat them in the oven for about 20 minutes. They turn into golden brown colour. spread lemon juice on the kebabs.
so your hot kebabs are ready to taste.
To make them more delicious add sauce. Aren’t they YUMMY
