Peace and Happiness – Meditation
Meditation by its very definition is controlling of the mind and as a consequence understands the inner self, which could also be termed as consciousness with spiritual intent. The converse is also true, in that a person who turns to spirituality will also fall back on meditation.
Meditation also develops the inner wisdom and also makes one aware that the real knowledge is within one self. One may ask as to what the outside knowledge is all about. The knowledge that is outside and external is only a tool or an inspiration to understand the inner wealth of knowledge. One may not achieve complete realization of the self, but it definitely is a path which could lead to the same.
Meditation also provides peace, which in turn gives happiness.
Meditation also helps us to control Anger, if you angry at someone, just silent yourself by doin Meditation
Yes meditation helps us to do every work perfectly. It is really very good for body & mind.
