BSNL NEVER TRY IT EVER

YOU WILL BE SURPRISED THAT yesterdays news over my locality was that my friend got a router. A broad band router was supplied to him by the BSNL department of my locality, I mean the Diphu under the Nagaon Telecom District of the State of Assam. Yes it was a news because he was awaiting the broad band connection since he have the conception of the communicating system. Once he got to know that the system has finally arrived his hometown Diphu, he was delighted. He had filled the form and submitted to the BSNL office. The person handling the form assured him a connection within a short period. He was more happy and excited. He already informed most of his friends around the town and some of his family members away from the town. The days past by. Weeks turned to month and after around forty five days of his submission of the form, he finally got a router.
So it is a NEWS.

One of his friend, who was an expert of computers, arrived at his place and configured the router to his personal computers. The telephone connection was functioning and so tried to get the broad band connection. As he processed through the procedures, he encountered a major problem. He was not given any username and passwords. As there is no username assigned to him he do not have one. He was upset once again. Though he got the required amenities to get a network connection, he was deprived of getting it because of not providing him with the username and password. Next day my friend went to the BSNL office and enquired about his username and password. There he got to know that his connection is yet to be activated. So he came back home, hurt and upset. His friends add fuels to his burning heart asking questions like how your broad band is doing, how long did you surfed the net last night, etc.

A week has passed by. On the eight day, the exchange sent their officials to check the telephone line whether the connection will support in his place or not and with a green signal they left his place. He tried that evening and could not manage anything as he was not having the username.

So friends, in this competitive world, where thousands of business organizations are copeting for exitance and expansion, this big brother of our country are enjoying their monopoly where services like reliance, sifi, etc are yet to venture. What shall those people do. COMPLAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHO WILL HEAR THEM…… AND HOW THEY WILL. BECAUSE THIS IS A HILLY DISTRICT AND EVERYONE SEEMS TO BE SATISFIED OF WHAT THEY ARE GETTING.

    BSNL and MTNL have not learnt their lessons from the stiff competition they are facing. They have most modern technology and equipment now but their personal mindset is still beaurocratic. It has not changed.

    Yes, you are right. This is not the first instance that someone is hurt with the service deliveries from the Indian communication giants. It is our bad luck that they are still existing. Actually we have no other way but to rely on whatever service they provide as we are yet to get the other counterparts of telecom industries.

    There was a recent blog on BSNL by someone which described almost similar case as u have done.

    Does BSNL do these every where ?

    How they will compete in the market if this continues ?

    Other competeters hardly takes a day to do the act that BSNL takes month.

    BSNL NEEDS A GOOD PUSH UP TO GIVE THE BEST SERVICE TO ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS TO MEET THE COMPETITION AND DEMAND IN THE MARKET…
