Word offers anumber of keystrokes any key combinations to move the insertion point swiftly through the document. beside Left arrow to move left one character Right arrow to move right one character Up arrow to move up one line , and Down arrow to move down one line you can use the following keystrokes and combinations:

what is the Primary storage ?
Primary Storage
Primary memory is also referred to as the REAL MEMORY. it stores the input data program that is presently being executed and the processed results in different poritions .
the contents of a particular position of the primary memory are volatile. Example temporary this volatile portion of the primary storage is used for READ/WRITE operations as and when requred and is referred to as the RANDOM ACCESS MEMORY (RAM).
when the computer is switched off , the contents of the RAM are erased.

When the editing process is over, both the original and the deitted file will be stored onto the disk. the original file the one which existed before editing , will be renamed with the same file name and an extension of BAK. the new file will ahve the name given with the Edin command .
For example say a file SAMPLE.TXT exists on a disk if you edit this file, make modifications and save it the edited wersion of the file will become SAMPLE.TXT and the original SAMPLE.TXT become SAMPLE .TXT. this facility allows you to recover the original file if required.
