1. Is Indian government or parliament is so weak that it cannot take any action siting that it has NO POWERS to meddle?

When does something fail?? When does one loose interest ???

There are lots of hurly burlies the moment the shameful incident of failure of Indian Hockey Team made the headline . People are making different opinions regarding this .
India out of hockey
India lost in quarter finals badly & it has become talk of the country from last 2 days. I feel talent & hard work alone is not sufficient.
