There are certain levels of fears & freedom…
To women, men have definately more freedom to work,move etc.. .
I agree with concerns expressed by other members that women are not even getting these min kind of freedom.
But I think there freedom has definately more borader meaning.. If we cud grasp that then having freedom to work, move etc will be special cases of that large notion..
ashishyadavIt is not right to think mother should make her daughter like sunita william but most important thing is to make them mature, educated, equal with male child and take her to the place where she could decide what she needs to do to make a good like with the contribution towards social responsibility.
Mother’s role in India is more dependent on father’s perception so father needs to change many views about daughter in context of equality, freedom of education and work.

The question is not about nationalism. MBA institutes are meant to churn out managers and in today’s MNC and global economic culture an exquisite written and spoken English skills is mandatory to beat thru cutting edges.
We are NOT France or China, lets face it. 90% of our FDI comes from English speaking nations and we are doing good because we have a tremendous potential in speaking and articulating English in business terms.

as early i have seen that the CAT2007 result is open then one question is aries in my mind that why IIM cat entrance exam not having a option for hindi.
Lets us say hypothetically CAT was taken in Hindi and English.
Say 5000 students give English CAT and 5000 students give Hindi CAT. Say there are 100 seats. Now say topmost 30 Hindi-CAT students are better than 71st English-CAT students
we have two options
A)give admission to 70 English CAT and 30 Hindi CAT students. Make Hindi-CAT people learn English.

Are the NRIs so important that the govt. of India regardless which party it belongs to doles them out benefit after benefits ..sops after sops . The recent PBD which is undergoin rite now.. the GOI is expected to bend down even more than the ususal in front of NRIs.
But the same govt. of India wont do anything to improve the state of common man.
The teachers and police are the most important factors which influence the society one lives in.

Khajuraho has nude pics of people we don’t know, so we don’t mind. How hard is that for Pseudo-seculars to understand.
At Ajanta and Ellora there are soooo many rock cut sculptures of Gods and godesses infact you cant find not a single clothed godess at the Hindu caves in Ellora.

Socialism or Capitalism does not really matter if your mindset is positive. You cannot blame it on socialism or capitalism for
1. Patronizing a bandh culture
2. Groupism and gettos for most trifle reasons
3. Minority appeasement at the cost of bowing before fundamentalists
4. Chauvinism – Cheer for Ganguli and boo for Dravid
5. Close down Jute Mills and other factories
6. Encourage Babudom in which all you do is to talk throughout the day without any action
7. Become volatile and misbehaved

It’s not too hard to. Pretty simple thing. Those who took benefit of reservation to get higher education and then their children doing the same thing. It has to stop after at most two generations. Ones the beneficiary and the next generation gets the benefit and has a healthy salaried jobs the reservation should end there.

my previous post is about the new political party founded by IITians, but recently i have read some thing more about it…
So i would like to share it with all of you which is sad by also an IITians…
He think an Indian does not have to be an IITian to have a wonderful vision that can be brought into reality.
Biggest example is Dhiru Bhai Ambani. He was not an IITian and as far as my knowledge goes, maybe he did not even attend college.
This factor should be considered by any new party that has the development of India as its main agenda on the manifesto.
